Homemade Electrolyte Sports Drink
5 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups orange juice (real pressed juice, not from concentrate)
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
Add all ingredients into a blender, blend on low until just mixed
Store in the refrigerator.
